3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The legal basis results from § 26 BDSG in connection with V.m Art. 88 GDPR and is based on the legal relationship that arises in the application or initiation phase of the employment contract.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil legal obligations. A transfer to processors (e.B. personnel consultants) as well as persons obliged to special secrecy such as lawyers may take place under certain circumstances.
