LIFE CYCLE STATUS UPDATE:
The ReFlx 120 Collision Avoidance System has been in the Limited Phase since May 2020 when we launched the LaserGuard™ Mini. Per our
lifecycle management process, the ReFlx 120 will move to the Obsolete Phase effective 11/1/21.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY IN OBSOLETE PHASE:
New modules will not be available in the Obsolete Phase. Spare parts and repairs are no longer available.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY IN OBSOLETE PHASE:
• Modernization
• Spare parts: No availability
• Repairs: No availability
RECOMMENDED ACTIONS:
It is recommended to either modernize or replace the ReFlx 120 Collision Avoidance System with the LaserGuard2 or the LaserGuard Mini. Please contact your Columbus McKinnon Representative for more information regarding available replacement products.
