Endcarriages for suspension and o.h.t. cranes

Special crane with a SH wire rope hoist for a natural stone dealer. On both crane bridges, a SH series wire rope hoist serves as a hoist. The other crane components such as the control system and head girder also come from STAHL CraneSystems.

This explosion-proof special crane is a radio-controlled suspension crane with two SH 40 wire rope hoists, which can be controlled either separately or in tandem operation.

Through different connection variants, the head beams of the ceiling construction are adapted and the spatial conditions are optimally used. A raised crane bridge also makes it possible to extend the lifting height.

The special solution, which was specially designed for the low production hall, consists of two two-girder special suspension cranes in a lightweight profile girder design. Raised crane bridges and an ST 20 chain hoist set high enable the extremely short overall height of 57.8 cm.

In aluminium processing, a double-girder bridge crane with an AS 7 wire rope hoist and a load capacity of 40,000 kg is used to transport the heavy coils. An additional SHR wire rope hoist with a load capacity of 12,000 kg is installed as an auxiliary lift for smaller loads.

In the standard version, the single-girder bridge crane is equipped with trailing cable power supply along the crane bridge and with suspension control units. On request, control via radio is also possible.
