From 45° to 180° – TracCurve guarantees smooth changes of direction
In the montrac® transport system, changes in direction of the Tracs by 90° or 45° are achieved by the TracCurve. When passing through a TracCurve, no shocks are exerted on the shuttles.
- The cross-section of the TracCurve is identical to that of the TracSwitch.
- Two 90° TracCurves can be used to construct a 180° curve.
- The TracCurve R520 is used under certain special conditions, e.g., for heavy products and extremely high vibration sensitivity.
Safe, flexible, compliant with regulations—routing even in front of emergency exits
The TracDoor allows passage through a montrac® line or access to manual workstations within the line. It is designed for passage by at least one person or a maximum of one small forklift truck (single and double versions of the TracDoor). The principle of a TracDoor is very simple. The door is attached to a pivot point and can be opened manually. When closing, the door is rotated to the stop and can be locked manually.
Vertical material flow for maximum layout flexibility
The lift reliably transports shuttles vertically – ideal for connecting systems on different levels or moving shuttles between stations and deck systems. This allows you to connect two or more systems that operate at different heights.
Processing directly on the shuttle – also with robots
The PositioningUnit fixes and centers shuttles with millimeter precision at machining stations and manual workstations. Thanks to its stable construction, it absorbs the forces exerted by robots, allowing workpieces to be machined safely directly on the shuttle.
- Forces of up to 4,000 N
- Positioning accuracy of ± 0.02 mm
- The PositioningUnit is available for single and multiple positioning
