Prescription Fulfillment
These flexible conveyors are designed to transport bottles and totes through large-scale prescription fulfillment facilities. From bottle labeling, filling, and inspection to workstation feeding for order fulfillment and packaging, our FlexMove system is an ideal option for complex facility layouts and processes.
Cleanroom Environment
Cleanroom production environments are essential for many pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities to ensure hygienic production and safe products for consumers. Dorner ERT pallet conveyors and montrac® shuttle solutions are ideal options for transporting products and materials inside a cleanroom or between cells.
Intelligent Transport
montrac® shuttle systems offer intelligent routing and transport for pharmaceutical testing and production lines. With custom asynchronous routing, shuttles can transport a range of products on a single line, routing them to the correct station based on the product on the shuttle. montrac® also offers smooth acceleration and deceleration, ensuring vibration- and shock-free transport for delicate vials and other pharmaceutical products.
Accumulation
Garvey's Infinity™ RX accumulation systems were designed to solve the unique challenges of pharmaceutical manufacturing. With our patented zero-pressure accumulation system, Infinity™ accumulation tables and rotary replacement solutions can accumulate and buffer bottles, plastic injectors, or delicate vials with speed and efficiency.
Automatic Vial Drying
Extended packaging processes can leave temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines, serums, and tests outside the cold chain for 24-48 hours, increasing the risk of reduced efficacy. Garvey’s automatic vial dryer combines patented pressureless loop technology with a high-volume laminar flow accumulator to dry, accumulate, and single-file vials in as little as five minutes, with throughput rates up to 900 vials per minute.
Automatic Tray Loading
Garvey’s next-generation automated vial tray loader enables pharmaceutical manufacturers to reduce manual handling and load vials at unprecedented speeds with servo-controlled motion that ensures gentle handling and quick changeovers. Flexible recipe-driven pattern building allows easy switching between straight and nested rows, while a fully guarded, wipe-down-ready design supports operator safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Huge Improvements for Small Serum Vials from Garvey
Although standard vial sizes typically start at 2 mL, we have seen an influx of smaller vial sizes in the pharmaceutical industry that require a unique solution to prevent handling issues on the line. As a means of mitigating vial damage and safety concerns associated with working with smaller vials, Garvey developed the Infinity™ Rx Accumulation Table.
