Clean and efficient: montrac® shuttles as clean room variants
montrac® shuttles are also available in cleanroom versions – for maximum precision and cleanliness in sensitive production environments. They meet cleanroom requirements in accordance with ISO classes 5 to 7 and are characterised by very low abrasion.
 
         
            End-of-line testing – quality directly in the production flow
With montrac®, end-of-line tests can be seamlessly integrated into the production process. Thanks to the integrated on-board power supply, the shuttles have their own energy supply, enabling electrical, mechanical or functional tests to be carried out directly at the end of the production line.
The result: shorter throughput times, greater efficiency and maximum process reliability.

montrac® at HELLA in Slovakia
With the montrac® transport system, HELLA in Slovakia was able to make material handling along the production lines for front headlamps flexible and automated. Despite complex production steps – from injection moulding to painting and anti-fogging to packaging – the parts are efficiently and reliably made available for further assembly.
