Registration for the seminars must be submitted in writing no later than three weeks before the seminar begins.

Seminar Fees 

For training sessions held at our facilities, meals are included in the cost. For a seminar leader traveling to our location, we charge a flat rate per kilometer as well as their lodging expenses. 

At the end of each training session, participants receive a certificate of completion. 

Cancellation 

Cancellations must be made in writing. If written notice of cancellation is received at least ten days before the seminar begins, we will charge only an administrative fee. If cancellation is not received in a timely manner or if a participant fails to attend the scheduled training session, the full seminar fee will be charged.

Meals 

Lunch and refreshments during breaks are included in the seminar package. Vegetarian options are, of course, also available in our cafeteria. If you have any special requirements or requests, please let us know in advance. If you have any allergies, please inform us beforehand. 

Hotel and Room Reservations 

We ask that you make your own accommodations reservations. We recommend the following lodging options in the Künzelsau area: 

Hotel Haus Nicklass in Ingelfingen, Landhotel Gasthof Krone in Eschental, Gasthof Adler in Übrigshausen, Landgasthof Adler in Künzelsau-Garnberg und Jäger’s Landhaus Rössle in Niedernhall.

If the number of participants is too low or the instructor is unable to attend, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the training at short notice.
