Suited to work in unison with the Yale Jack, the Re-railing Device enables the safe and controlled Re-Railing of underground locomotives and other rail bound equipment.

Designed with the operator in mind the Re-Railing Device is easy to operate in confined spaces and in dual operation positions.

  • Compact design with low mass of 33kg on standard version.
  • Universal lever bar with hand protection of just 725 mm can be used on the Re-Railing Device and Jack.
  • Ease of use – The Re-Railing Device can be operated from either end and in both directions.
  • Low effort required to move the load due to the optimal thread ratio.
  • Base has a locking pin to prevent the Jack from slipping out.
  • Zink Plated and Gold Passivated for a long operational life.
  • Full traceability in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • The “Yale Re-Railing Device” has been fully tested and certified by the C.S.I.R Minimum Factor of Safety is 3:1.
  • Each Re-Railing Device has a unique serial number, is tested and issued with a proof load test certificate.
  • Rail gauge spacers on each version are fully adjustable for easy adaptation to any rail gauge.
  • Ergonomic carry handles for easy transportation.
  • Weld on and bolt on brackets are available for easy storage solutions on rail bound equipment.
