Solutions for wind farms and LNG terminals

OFFSHORE WIND FARM

These innovative davit cranes are engineered to withstand harsh marine conditions, ensuring long-term reliability and operational safety. Equipped with advanced safety features such as overload protection and emergency stop systems, 48 of these cranes are currently in use at the Westermeerwind wind farm in the Netherlands.

LNG TERMINAL TIANJIN

This project in northern China features LNG hoists built to Safety Level 1. The hoists are based on the SH 60 Ex wire rope hoist and are installed on slewing cranes mounted on LNG tanks. Offering a lifting height of 58 meters and capacities up to 3,500 kg, they are designed for demanding LNG operations.

GATE TERMINAL ROTTERDAM

All three storage tanks are equipped with Safety Level 3A LNG lifting technology. The wire rope hoists, featuring two independently driven rope drums with 2,400 kg capacity each, are used for maintenance of the LNG pumps inside the tanks

GALVANIC ANODE REPLACEMENT

The modified OMEGA wire rope winch is specifically designed for the replacement of sacrificial anodes—typically made of zinc—which protect steel structures from corrosion. The winch allows maintenance crews to lift these heavy blocks along guide ropes to the working platform for efficient replacement.

MAINTENANCE HATCHES

Our spindle lifting elements, such as the SHE in corrosion-resistant design, are widely used in wind turbines to open and close maintenance hatches safely and reliably, even in strong winds.

CARGO HANDLING ON SUPPLY VESSELS

A supply vessel delivers spare parts, tools, chemicals, and gas cylinders to offshore platforms. Chain hoists such as the Yalelift 360 are used for loading and unloading supplies as well as for internal material handling on the ship.
