WIRELESS HYDRAULIC CONTROL FEATURES & BENEFITS

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

Transmitters are available in 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-button designs with single-step control and can be configured to best suit the functionality requirements of your project. With Flex Fit, you do not receive transmitters with extra or cabbed buttons. Transmitters are rated NEMA 4 (IP66), sealed to withstand harsh indoor or outdoor environments. Flex Fit comes standard with two standard AA alkaline batteries. The transmitter is equipped with charging contacts to maintain its environmental protections. If installing with optional AA NiMH rechargeable batteries, transmitters can be recharged in a convenient charging cradle.

INCREASED UPTIME WITH EASY SETUP

Flex Fit hydraulic remote control systems are packaged with a transmitter and a receiver, which are quick and easy to replace in the event a component is dropped. Spare transmitters can be put into operation immediately, greatly reducing the amount of time equipment is inoperable. Wireless pairing capabilities allow information and settings to be easily transferred between two transmitters or a transmitter/receiver system. This reduces the time it takes for new systems to get up and running and minimizes inventory of spare parts.

INCREASED SAFETY

Wireless controls allow operators to manage equipment farther away from a potentially dangerous situation as compared to hardwired stations and pendants. Operators have freedom to move away from hazards or the load itself and can easily position themselves at better vantage points.

COMFORTABLY CONTOURED AND DURABLE

With a comfortable feel, the Flex Fit is ergonomic and reduces fatigue to help ensure accurate control and safe operation of equipment throughout a shift. The force required to actuate and maintain a mechanical lift with Flex Fit is less than what is required with membrane-style transmitters. Flex Fit is compact, lightweight, and is available with optional accessories, such as protective rubber transmitter boots and a retractable belt clip, for added protection and flexibility.

What is a hydraulic remote? And What is hydrualic control equipment?

A transmitter and receiver pair provides smooth, precise movements by communicating radio data through a control module and sensors. The radio system interfaces with hydraulic systems, enabling smooth, precise movements. Remote hydraulic systems like this allow operators to manage equipment farther away from a potentially dangerous situation as compared to hardwired stations or pendants. Operators are not tethered to equipment with a radio, and therefore are free to move away from the machine and potentially dangerous situations while keeping equipment running efficiently.
