AC & DC Brakes - BrakeMD®
We remake your brake with quick and cost-effective repair. We can rebuild your Magnetek-brand brake to like-new condition with factory original parts. Brakes will be returned to you inspected, cleaned, repainted, and entirely reassembled with replacements for worn or damaged parts. If your Magnetek brake is in need of replacement and qualifies for the Quick-Ship Program, we can send you a pre-assembled, off-the-shelf Mondel brake the day after we receive your request.
Radio Remote Controls
When you need your radio remote control repaired, go right to the source. We strive to streamline diagnosis and turnaround for repairs of Magnetek-brand radio remote controls. Flat rates allow our experienced technicians to return controls to you as quickly as possible. There is no wait for parts quoting. For critical applications, certain Magnetek radio remote control products are available for expedited service. Additional costs apply. Consult with your Magnetek distributor for more information.

Mining Certification & Support
The Magnetek Mining division has completed Part 46 Training from the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). This 32-hour training certification allows our technicians to enter underground or aboveground mines, allowing us to assist with start-up procedures and to see our equipment operating in an actual mining environment. As we have grown and evolved as a leading manufacturer of standard and custom control packages for overhead material applications, we have developed a unique, highly skilled labor force. With a certified inspector and more than 30 wiring technicians on staff (UL 508 certification), we have the facilities and know-how to cost-effectively manufacture controls to meet your exact specifications.
