STAHL CraneSystems offers a dual course of study in the field of mechanical engineering as well as a cooperative course of study in the field of electrical engineering. Both courses of study include theoretical phases at the university and practical phases in the company. During your studies, you will gain professional experience right from the start. The degree programs end with the achievement of the bachelor's degree, which gives you unlimited career and advancement opportunities.

That's why we at STAHL CraneSystems in Künzelsau offer all interested students the opportunity to get to know our plant in Künzelsau and how to work there during a one- or several-week internship.

Every year during the summer holidays, we offer you the opportunity to gain your first professional experience with us at a holiday job. You will gain exciting insights into the production of a world-leading company and can master exciting tasks adapted to your level of experience and knowledge. And by the way, you earn your own pocket money!
Training with a view beyond the horizon
We support our thirst for knowledge and eagerness to learn wherever we can. We therefore promote many useful training and further education courses such as training courses, seminars, crane driving licences, etc. Through the GABI project, you have the opportunity to work for a few weeks in another company and expand your professional horizons there.
In addition to learning and working, we don't miss out on the community: To make it easier for you to get started, we organize introductory days every year where you get to know the other trainees. During the regular trainee excursions, you can also grow together outside the working environment and recharge your batteries together.
