These clamps are primarily used for transporting sheet metal and steel plates in the vertical position, as well as lifting and rotating through 180°. They can also be used for transporting steel constructions and profiles.

  • Safety Lock with Spring-Loaded Cam Jaw
    The 92 Series Plate Clamp is opened and closed with the locking lever except for the 92-500 which uses a positive spring loaded cam. The safety lock spring loads the cam jaw, preventing the clamp from opening even when there is no load on the jaw.
  • Service-Friendly Bolted Construction
    This plate clamp is service-friendly, making it easy to exchange parts, which are available individually or in kits. Clamp repairs must be done by a trained person.

    Enables safe and efficient lifting of sheet metal and steel plates from horizontal to vertical and vice versa, as well as rotating through 180°, enhancing handling flexibility.

    Provides exceptional durability and grip strength, making the clamp suitable for demanding industrial applications.
  • Anti-Slippage Protection
    Fitted with a hold open and lock closed lever. To initiate the self actuating force, a spring is incorporated into the clamp to give an initial bite on the material.
  • Positive Cam Rotation
    If the plate should start to slip during lifting, the cam shape of the jaw turns with the material and increases the gripping force.
  • Ergonomic Cam Handle with Hex Drive
    The cam handle is ergonomically designed with a flat surface to allow for ease of operation while wearing>protective gloves
  • The cam handle connects to the cam via a robust hexagon drive
  • Designed with a Sloping Slot
    Unlike others, these plate clamps are designed with a sloping slot, which increases the grip on the load when the clamp is in the horizontal position
  • Factory Repair is Available
    Clamp repair is available by the factory, or can be done by certified and experienced staff.

Additional Information

  • The plate surface of the material being clamped must have a hardness level below HRC 30/Brinell 300.
