Features and Benefits

Standard Single-Girder

  • Load Capacity
Supports lifting capacities from 1.25t to 30t, making it suitable for a wide range of light- to medium-duty material handling applications.
  • Lifting Height
Available with lifting heights from 6 to 98 m, providing flexibility for facilities with varying vertical lifting requirements.
  • Duty Class M4 – M6
Designed for moderate to heavy-duty operational cycles, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
  • Short Lateral Approach Dimension
Maximizes usable workspace by allowing the hoist to operate closer to the building structure and runway ends.
  • Equipped with Rubber Buffers
Rubber buffers help absorb impact forces, reducing wear on crane components and providing smoother operation.
  • Adjustable Bottom Flange Width
Adjustable flange width from 80–710 mm enables compatibility with a wide range of beam sizes and crane configurations.
  • C-Shaped Low Headroom Design
The compact C-shaped construction minimizes headroom requirements and is ideal for cranes, curved tracks, and monorail applications where space is limited.

Standard Double-Girder

  • Load Capacity
Handles loads from 2 to 80 t, making it suitable for heavy-duty lifting applications across industrial sectors.
  • Lifting Height
Offers lifting heights ranging from 4.3 to 98 m, allowing efficient material handling in both low- and high-bay facilities.
  • Duty Class M4 – M6
Built for continuous and demanding operations, delivering dependable performance and long service life.
  • Compact Design with Small Gauge and Wheelbase
The space-saving design improves maneuverability while optimizing installation space within the crane structure.
  • 4-Wheel Uniform Load Distribution
Evenly distributes load across all wheels, ensuring smooth travel, reduced wheel wear, and extended component lifespan.
  • Wide Span Compatibility
Suitable for spans ranging from 1700 to 4800 mm, providing flexibility for various double-girder crane applications.

Mounting and Rope Exit Types

Fixed Mounting

The wire rope hoist can be used for fixed lifting operations or as a traction unit,
such as in system integration applications. Depending on requirements, the rope
exit angle, mounting orientation, and motor position can be adjusted accordingly.

Double Girder Trolley

Designed for double-girder overhead cranes, the compact construction achieves
minimal approach and headroom dimensions for maximum space utilization.
Multiple gauge options cover all load capacities, with self-adapting capability to
rail irregularities

Low-Headroom Single-Girder Trolley

For monorail and single-girder overhead crane applications, the trolley's ultra-low
headroom enables maximum lifting height even in facilities with restricted ceiling height

Standard-Headroom Single-Girder Trolley

The minimal overall width is specially designed for confined spaces. Suitable for monorail and single-girder overhead cranes.

Single-Grooved Drum

For stationary hoist or towing equipment. The rope drum
is single-grooved for 2/1, 4/1, 6/1 and 8/1

Double-Grooved Drum

If lateral displacement of the hook is not desired, the
double-grooved version is recommended. The rope drum
is double-grooved for 2/2, 4/2, 6/2, 8/2
