The TTG Horizontal Girder Clamp is designed for the transport of girders, metal plates, profiles etc. The offset suspension lug ensures that the flange of the girder will be kept practically horizontal during transport.

FEATURES and BENEFITS:

  • The positive safety lock keeps the clamp safely locked, even before the lift begins.
  • This allows the operator to place the clamp, lock it closed and move away from the load.
  • The lever ensures easy opening and closing of the clamping jaw and has a “lock open“ feature.
  • Designed to lift and transport structural steel beams in the horizontal position
  • Fitted with a Camlok spring-operated safety lock and is operated by pulling the lock upwards
  • For short beams, a single clamp can be used. Long beams should be lifted using 2 clamps attached to opposite beam flanges
  • Maximum hardness of material to lift should not exceed 300 Brinell (32HRc)
