High-Tensile Almag Alloy Frame
Constructed from lightweight yet durable almag alloy. Provides high strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring long service life without adding unnecessary load to the system.
Precision Ball Bearings in Nylon-Reinforced Wheels
1.8" nylon glass-reinforced wheels with permanently sealed precision ball bearings. Delivers smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free operation, ideal for continuous-duty environments
Dielectric Insulation
All trolleys are dielectrically insulated. Enhances electrical safety when used with power cables, reducing the risk of shorts or arcing.
Low Inertia Design
Inertia is less than 1% of the load. Minimizes resistance to motion, improving energy efficiency and responsiveness of the crane system.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
Operates reliably from +32°F to +212°F (0°C to 100°C). Suitable for a broad range of industrial environments, including high-heat or temperature-variable settings.
